🖇️ Attach Files to Your Invoice Emails
You can now attach files directly to the invoice emails you send from Pop Invoice.
This has been a regular request from our users, and it makes invoicing much more flexible. No more sending a separate email with supporting files; everything now goes out together.
You can attach up to five files (up to 20MB each), useful for files such as:

Timesheets

Quotes or estimates

Terms and conditions
-
Images, presentations or other supporting documents...etc!
⚙️How it works
When you’re ready to send an invoice email from Pop Invoice Pro, you’ll now see an option to upload attachments. You can add up to five files per email, with a maximum size of 20MB each file.
Supported file types include PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, GIF, WEBP, PSD, AI.
Your client will receive the invoice email with the PDF invoice as usual, plus the attached files you’ve included.

❓Frequently Asked Questions
❔Can I attach files from my Notion workspace?
👉Not directly - attachments are uploaded when you send the invoice email through Pop Invoice. You can of course export or save files from Notion and then attach them.
❔Is this available on the free plan?
👉No. Sending invoice emails, including attachments, is only available on the Pro plan.
❔What file types can I attach?
👉You can attach PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, text files, images, presentations and even design files like PSD or AI.
❔Is there a limit to how many files I can send?
👉Yes. You can attach up to five files per invoice email, max 20MB for each file.
❔Do attachments get included in the PDF invoice?
👉No, the invoice PDF stays as it is. The attachments are sent along with it in the same email.
