What we’ve been working on at Pop Invoice
It’s been a while since our last update, but we’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes.
Until now, Farez has handled most of the development while I’ve focused on marketing and support. Recently, that’s started to shift.
With the help of AI, Farez has been setting things up so I can begin working on development too. I’ve had my first lesson, and we’re now moving into a new phase where we’ll both be building features together.
We’ve also started working through the list of feature requests you’ve shared with us. Here are a couple of updates we’ve just released, along with how to use them.
👀View invoices without downloading
You can now open and view an invoice directly from the invoice list. There’s no need to download the PDF first.
How to use it

Go to your invoice list

Find the invoice you want to check

Click on the 3 dots and select to see a preview
The invoice will open in a pop up so you can review it.
✍🏼Customise your invoice title
We’ve added a default “Invoice” title at the top of your invoice templates. You now have control over this.
How to use it

Go to your invoice template lists

Edit the template

Find the Header text field
-
Edit the text to anything you like, or remove it completely

Save your changes
