You can now create invoices directly from your Notion invoice database & send invoices to multiple emails! Plus emails now have a subject line.

🔗 Create Invoices from Notion with One Click

We’ve added a new shortcut to the Notion template that comes with Pop Invoice, you can now open any invoice directly in Pop Invoice from your Notion database.

If you’re using the standard template and only have one invoice template set up, it works right out of the box.

Pro users with multiple invoice templates, or anyone using an older version of the template or a custom setup, can configure their Notion database to set this up. 👉 Instructions here.

This update helps you can send invoices faster - and get paid sooner!

📨 Send to Multiple Email Addresses

You can now send invoices and reminders to multiple email addresses.

This is perfect for clients who want their finance team, manager, and themselves all in the loop.

  • In your Clients database, simply list all relevant email addresses in the Email property, separated by commas:
  • When sending an invoice in Pop Invoice, you can also add or edit the recipient list directly, useful for one-off changes.

If you’re on a👑Pro plan, this also applies to automatic reminders. Pop Invoice will pull all email addresses from the client record and send reminders to everyone listed.

📝Customisable Email Subject Line

Emails sent from Pop Invoice now has a subject line in the email template.

You can customise the default subject line in the Pop Invoice Settings page and edit it manually before sending.

⚙️ Update your default subject line in Pop Invoice Settings.

📝 Include option to edit the subject before sending.

A small but important update to make your communication more professional and client-friendly.

Pop Invoice now lets you add a unique payment link to each invoice!

Instead of using the same generic payment link for every invoice, you can now include a link that takes your client straight to a payment page (like PayPal or Stripe), pre-filled with the invoice total.

Simply add a property in your invoice database that contains the invoice-specific link. Then, select that property in your invoice template in Pop Invoice.

✅ Easier for clients to pay = more likely you’ll get paid on time.
✅ Works with PayPal, Wise, and more.
